our small intermissions

“‎So wear your scratches and dents with pride, and be happy to be a bit scrappy around the edges. There’s nothing so boring as perfection.”

My name is Anastasia.
At times I believe that, somehow, I was born sixty. Yet, then there are times in which I am convinced that I will be ten forever. Regardless of either, I do resemble someone who is around the age of nineteen and nothing makes me happier than a cold day, a beautiful book and a properly brewed pot of tea.

I believe in small kinds of magic, time lords and the benefits of an excellent cry and on one pretty day I would like to travel the world and write just for myself.
Until then, I will continue on my merry way, rambling about not-so-secret loves of mine.
I hope you find happiness in them, too!

I should stop falling in love with gorgeous people who I probably will never even have the smallest chance of meeting.

Tomorrow marks the beginning of my next new adventure.

With boxes piled high on the kitchen table, my bags all packed and my room an almost empty space, I will be moving out of my family home.

Tonight will be the last night in my bedroom.

There are times in which I can’t completely fathom that I’ll be twenty this year; I’m going to be grown up and independent! After my gap-year, I still don’t think I have fully appreciated the fact that I’ll be going to University, either.

I never expected the past year to go so quickly. In fact, I feel as if it went by so fast that at times I am not sure I can remember all of it.

Here’s to experience, hard work and a new way of living life.

I can hardly wait for it all to begin.

Just thought I should share. Not that I think all of you would care, but I do. I have shivers, and it’s FAN MADE.
